You look great! I had stretch marks in High School (I just don't have stretchy skin) I doubg I would've even noticed yours had you not pointed them out so. Dylan is growing up so much!
I'm right there with you about stretch marks. Mine are yucky. On the Bright side of things, I just remind myself every day that all the marks on my tummy are a sweet reminder of 3 very special kids in my life, and I wouldn't change it for the world.
